1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on neosho.sale or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use neosho.sale. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts created by anyone under 18 will be terminated.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current. You must not share your account credentials with others.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on neosho.sale, including listing descriptions, venue descriptions, and photos. By posting content, you grant neosho.sale a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the service.

You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Contains personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses) in listing or venue descriptions — contact information is managed separately through your account settings
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is obscene, threatening, or harassing
• Contains malware or malicious links
• Violates any applicable local, state, or federal law
• Lists items that appear on the Prohibited Items list (see Section 6)

6. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed for sale on neosho.sale:

• Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
• Drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
• Stolen property
• Recalled or banned consumer products
• Hazardous materials and chemicals
• Live animals
• Tobacco and vaping products
• Counterfeit or replica goods
• Any item that is illegal to sell under Neosho, Missouri, state, or federal law

neosho.sale reserves the right to remove any listing that violates this policy and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly list prohibited items. This list may be updated at any time.

7. Content Removal

neosho.sale reserves the right to remove, edit, or disable access to any content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to content that violates these terms, content reported by other users, or content we determine to be inappropriate for the platform.

8. Transactions Between Users

neosho.sale is a listing platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to complete a sale. All transactions are conducted at your own risk.

neosho.sale does not process payments, handle shipping, facilitate communication, or mediate disputes between users. Contact information is shared through our contact reveal system, but all communication and transactions happen off-platform and are solely between the parties involved.

9. Contact Information Logging

When a user requests to view another user's contact information, that action is logged. This logging exists for the safety and security of our users. By using the contact reveal feature, you acknowledge that your request is recorded. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.

10. Listing Expiration

Listings expire 60 days after creation. You will receive an email reminder before a listing expires. You may renew a listing from your dashboard to extend it for another 60 days. Expired listings are hidden from public view but remain in our system. Listings that have been expired for one year are permanently deleted.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

12. Limitation of Liability

neosho.sale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neosho.sale and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

This includes but is not limited to damages arising from transactions between users, loss of data, unauthorized access to your account, or any interruption of service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of neosho.sale after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
